Pai Gow Poker Rules
Pai Gow Poker is played with a one deck of cards and a joker.
Like in Blackjack, the players play against the dealer. Each player is dealt seven cards face up with the dealer given seven cards face down.

From those seven cards a five card hand and two card hand have to be made.
The five card hand has to be higher to the two card hand.
The highest five card possible is four Aces and the Joker with the highest two card hand being two Aces.
The joker can be used as an ace or a wild card to complete a straight or flush.
To win, a player must have both of his hand values higher than the dealer's two hands.
