Betting in Pai Gow Poker is incredibly simple. You make one bet before the hand starts.

If both hands defeat the dealer the player doubles his money, minus a 5% commission.

If the player and dealer both win one hand, the bet is returned to the player.

If both hands are the same as the dealer's, the player loses his bet.

To win, a player must have both hands higher than the dealer's.

A little money can go a long way in Pai Gow, too, the probability for a tie is very high.
